The major indices are the key indicators that track the performance of a group of stocks. In Indian stock stock market there is two indices first one is NIFTY 50 and the another one is SENSEX. These two indices play a important role in overall health and performance of the equity markets of India.
NIFTY 50 : This index tracks the performance of the top 50 large cap companies which are listed on national stock Exchange ( NSE ).
SENSEX : This index is composed of 30 well established and strong financial companies which aree listed on Bombay Stock Exchange ( BSE ).
